Persistence pays off, and, for entrepreneurs, it is an essential trait. As you work from home, you can develop your ability to be persistent. As your job gets better and more complex, you can expect some tasks to be part of a bigger project that takes months to complete. Your follow-up skills must be sharp to deal with this complexity. You can’t sit back and wait for things to come to you.
Entrepreneurs must have good communication skills. They must be able to persuade, cajole, and encourage others to help them.
