    2. Administrative assistant

    An admin assistant runs the operations of a firm or business. Your role is to ensure that paperwork is done, people receive their orders, employees are facilitated, and the orderly running of any organization. The position requires an organized individual because it involves pushing paper.

    Admin assistants work under departmental heads or managers. You run errands in the business or organization, without direct involvement in their operations.
